The intent of this document is to provide detailed installation and setup instructions for the integration of Apache and Tomcat via the Tomcat Connector (mod_jk). This document details the standard configuration used as well as providing useful hints and a guide for testing the setup to ensure the completed installation is functioning correctly. The instructions below were written based on specific versions of Tomcat, the Tomcat Connector, and Java JDK, however the instructions should be similar if not identical for other versions within the same major release.
